Dr. Jennifer Katz joined ECPS on July 1st, 2016.
Dr. Katz previously held a position as Associate Professor at the University of Manitoba in Inclusive Education and is an Alumni. She created the Three Block Model of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) which is now being implemented by school divisions across Canada as a framework for inclusive education. Dr. Katz also works extensively with First Nation elders and communities in Manitoba, Alberta and Quebec.
